Da hun fokuserede p\u00e5 kropslige fornemmelser i stedet for kognitive indsigter, blev Martha forbl\u00f8ffet over, at gamle f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssige s\u00e5r pludselig f\u00f8ltes anderledes. Som om smerten ikke bare var blevet forst\u00e5et, men flyttet, s\u00e5 der blev plads til nye oplevelser. I de f\u00f8lgende \u00e5r fordybede Martha sig i kropscentrerede terapier og gennemf\u00f8rte facilitatorkurser i \u00e5ndedr\u00e6tsarbejde, Ayahuasca-rejser og Voice Dialogue.<\/p><p>Martha faciliterer \u00e5ndedr\u00e6tssessioner for enkeltpersoner og grupper med v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 traumebearbejdning. Sammen med sin mand Abdel tilbyder hun ogs\u00e5 skr\u00e6ddersyede workshops og facilitatorkurser med fokus p\u00e5 praktikere med baggrund i medicin og psykoterapi.
