Det du b\u00f8r ta med deg fra panelet Psykedelika og lederskap<\/h2><h3><strong>2.1 Definisjon og omfang av psykedelisk ledelse<\/strong><\/h3><p>Panelet utforsket konseptet \"psykedelisk lederskap\" og diskuterte dets ulike potensielle betydninger. De diskuterte blant annet topplederes bruk av psykedeliske stoffer for \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 bedre lederskap og transformasjon, muligheten for at bedrifter kan tilby psykedelisk terapi til sine ansatte, og hvordan psykedeliske stoffer kan brukes som kreativ og forretningsmessig inspirasjon.<\/p><h3><strong>2.2 Endringer i bedriftskultur og ledelsestrender<\/strong><\/h3><p>J\u00f6rg Reinwaldt satte s\u00f8kelyset p\u00e5 skiftet fra fokuset p\u00e5 \"hustle culture\" til mer b\u00e6rekraftige og balanserte tiln\u00e6rminger i oppstartsbedrifter.
