Haar belangrijkste onderzoeks- en onderwijsfocus ligt op teampersoonlijkheid, teamleiderschap en de effecten van conflicten, empathie en \"wij-bewustzijn\" op teameffectiviteit.<\/p><p>Naast haar academische carri\u00e8re is Stephanie actief als ondernemer en als gepassioneerd (priv\u00e9 en commercieel) piloot. Vandaag is ze nog steeds voorzitster van haar eigen bedrijf in bedrijfspsychologie en oprichtster van C Talks, een Peer-Community voor de hoogste Europese topmanagers.
