De belangrijkste vaardigheden voor de toekomst zijn enerzijds het vermogen om hoop te voelen en over te brengen en anderzijds het vermogen om empathie te voelen voor onszelf en anderen. Welke rol speelt innerlijk werk<\/a> spelen bij het initi\u00ebren van een duurzame bewustzijnsverandering?<\/p>

Daarom sprak Nadja Taranczewski van ConsciousU met Christopher over de rol van meditatie, lichaamswerk en het gebruik van psychedelische middelen (psilocybine truffels) in een veilige en legale omgeving.\u00a0<\/p>
