Mais do que nunca, uma lideran\u00e7a eficaz exige intelig\u00eancia emocional, rela\u00e7\u00f5es aut\u00eanticas e a capacidade de inspirar as equipas em tempos de incerteza. Muitas pessoas que passaram por tais experi\u00eancias descrevem um profundo sentido de interconex\u00e3o, maior auto-consci\u00eancia e maior compaix\u00e3o - atributos diretamente alinhados com uma lideran\u00e7a consciente e resiliente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para investigar esta liga\u00e7\u00e3o promissora, realiz\u00e1mos um estudo emp\u00edrico exaustivo, inquirindo mais de 200 l\u00edderes sobre as suas experi\u00eancias pessoais. Novas perspectivas para os l\u00edderes<\/b><\/em><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores indicam que os indiv\u00edduos experimentam uma maior aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena ap\u00f3s experi\u00eancias psicad\u00e9licas (<a href=\"#Bibliography\">Goldberg et al., 2020; Madsen et al., 2020; Mans et al., 2021; Radakovic et al., 2022; Smigielski et al., 2019<\/a>). Al\u00e9m disso, foi observado um aumento da resili\u00eancia, um maior otimismo e uma maior autoestima nas pessoas que utilizam subst\u00e2ncias psicad\u00e9licas (<a href=\"#Bibliography\">Liu et al., 2022-08, 2022; Mans et al., 2021<\/a>). Especificamente, a auto-efic\u00e1cia, a regula\u00e7\u00e3o emocional e a adaptabilidade melhoradas s\u00e3o o que potencia uma lideran\u00e7a verdadeiramente transformacional. Um efeito em cascata semelhante surge com a aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena. Estas liga\u00e7\u00f5es positivas entre experi\u00eancias psicad\u00e9licas, mindfulness e resili\u00eancia sugerem que interven\u00e7\u00f5es psicad\u00e9licas bem preparadas e orientadas complementam os m\u00e9todos tradicionais de treino de mindfulness e resili\u00eancia, como a medita\u00e7\u00e3o, exerc\u00edcios de respira\u00e7\u00e3o ou scans corporais. Na an\u00e1lise, apenas foram inclu\u00eddas as pessoas que declararam ter experi\u00eancia de lideran\u00e7a, das quais 49% declararam ser executivos de n\u00edvel C, diretores, propriet\u00e1rios, empres\u00e1rios ou quadros superiores.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neste estudo, foram utilizadas as seguintes escalas para avaliar as vari\u00e1veis-chave.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mindfulness do l\u00edder: Five-Facet-Mindfulness-Questionnaire (FFMQ-15, Baer et al., 2006).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resili\u00eancia: 5\u00d75-Resilience-Scale (DeSimone et al., 2017).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lideran\u00e7a transformacional: Global-Transformational-Leadership-Scale (GTLS, Carless et al., 2000).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><em><b>Resultados: Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das Experi\u00eancias Psicad\u00e9licas e da Pr\u00e1tica de Mindfulness<\/b><\/em><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dos 212 l\u00edderes inquiridos, 41,5% (88 pessoas) afirmaram j\u00e1 ter tido experi\u00eancias psicad\u00e9licas. Destas, 39,8% (35) tiveram essas experi\u00eancias num workshop ou retiro psicad\u00e9lico. Cerca de um ter\u00e7o das pessoas que tiveram experi\u00eancias psicad\u00e9licas participaram em rituais de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edficos antes da experi\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A maioria das experi\u00eancias psicad\u00e9licas foi feita com as subst\u00e2ncias psicad\u00e9licas cl\u00e1ssicas Psilocibina (79,5%) e LSD (52,3%), em casa (36,8%) ou na natureza (20,7%), com amigos (57,5%) ou com supervis\u00e3o profissional (27,6%). Assim, a maior parte da amostra que indicou ter participado em experi\u00eancias psicad\u00e9licas n\u00e3o seguiu rigorosamente as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para o consumo seguro de subst\u00e2ncias psicad\u00e9licas e para otimizar a experi\u00eancia e os resultados desejados. Ainda assim, a maioria dos participantes sentiu-se muito segura na sua experi\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Devido \u00e0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da amostra, a maioria dos participantes estava altamente interessada e investida na pr\u00e1tica da aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena. O participante m\u00e9dio do estudo praticou a aten\u00e7\u00e3o plena durante 8,33 anos, 11,5 dias por m\u00eas e, nesses dias, em m\u00e9dia, durante 21 minutos. Numa escala de 1 (nada empenhado) a 5 (muito empenhado), os participantes referiram um empenhamento m\u00e9dio elevado de 4,05.<\/span><\/p><h3><em>Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e limita\u00e7\u00f5es do estudo<\/em><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este estudo contribui de forma significativa para a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o sobre lideran\u00e7a e psicad\u00e9licos, fazendo a ponte entre estes campos pela primeira vez. Integra mindfulness, resili\u00eancia e lideran\u00e7a num modelo unificado, examinando as suas rela\u00e7\u00f5es com experi\u00eancias psicad\u00e9licas em l\u00edderes.
