I'm very thankful for all the preparation that we had done before the live retreat, so when the time came I just felt a deep sense of readiness and security \u2014 and yes, of course I was excited and filled with anticipation, but I knew I had so much to gain, despite being aware that I might need to confront myself with difficult experiences and memories. In general, I think that words cannot fully capture the psychedelic experience itself. It's not like that. Instead, I was on a rollercoaster of highs and lows all the way through the journey.
