Who we are

At Evolute Institute we skillfully guide individuals beyond the traditional borders of learning and development. We embrace the power of altered states of consciousness to create profound experiences with a bespoke “psychoactive” learning and development curriculum – all within a safe, legal, and professionally supported framework.

 

Our carefully curated retreats are designed specifically for curious, pioneering minds who are eager to deepen their self-exploration, and want to access the next level of their personal and professional development – this is also what we are looking for in our next intern!

The setup

  • Ideally, you have to do a full-time 3-6 months internship as part of your university studies and are looking for meaningful work with lots of learning opportunities with kind, intelligent, driven yet fun colleagues. 
  • If your availability / situation is different but after reading the whole text you still feel your contribution could be a great fit (at least 20h/week), feel free to reach out nonetheless


How you will contribute to Evolute

We are looking for a talented colleague to help us spread our powerful work to a wider audience. In your time with us, you will…

  • Support our senior leadership team in developing successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Support our senior leadership team in upgrading and executing our SEO strategy 
  • Boost high-quality content production with state-of-the-art AI technology
  • Increase Evolute’s visibility in press, podcasts, conferences, and other media outlets
  • Build strategic relationships with other mission-aligned players or potential brand ambassadors
  • Support our senior leadership team in developing a suitable Evolute content strategy for different Social Media channels
  • Plan, produce and potentially edit (supported by graphic/video freelancers) the relevant content for the different channels
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue on social media to boost interaction rates
  • Create graphics in Canva or a similar graphic software to accompany and enhance social posts
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using appropriate data-informed marketing analytics, reviewing and updating our strategies accordingly
  • Ensure that all marketing material is in line with our values and brand identity
 
 

What you bring to the table

  • Passionate about our mission and values and a high interest in altered states of consciousness (incl. legal psychedelics), personal growth and development
  • Completed or advanced business studies with a focus on marketing OR proven entrepreneurial mindset / entrepreneurial track record
  • Initial practical experience in marketing, preferably in the field of Social Media Marketing and/or content marketing in general 
  • Knowledge and experience working with SEO
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement (or willingness to get up to speed real quick) 
  • Familiarity with the current status of psychedelics in Europe and the surrounding debates
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly motivated person with a “get going” attitude
  • Able to prioritize time and resources with overall good project management skills
  • Natural networker who enjoys building partnerships
  • A sense of aesthetics and experience and passion for beautiful and relatable photography and content creation; preferably also Graphic design skills
  • A plus: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
