A cornerstone of our programs are the 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Through these, we can tailor your experience to best facilitate the transformation you seek. The 1-on-1 sessions focus on anything that comes up in you, before, during and after the retreat. Also, we focus on  your intention and integration process.

There are many delicate balances that go into creating a space where a group can experience transformation, individually and collectively. To us, a very important aspect is providing the individual attention, support & guidance during the retreat – so we make sure our facilitator-participant ratio is exceptionally high (1:2)

patrick liebl Evolute Institute retreat facilitator
As an experienced coach, Patrick supports the participants through their personal journey before, during and after the Evolute retreats. Patrick is a certified end-of-life companion (death doula) and has completed several other trainings and courses in integration work, grief work, Authentic Presence, Guiding Presence and contemplative practices.
Before joining Evolute, Patrick worked as an executive coach, facilitator and trainer for 8 years and is especially interested in the art of becoming the author of your own story by integrating meaningful and challenging life experiences. After a deep experience in an altered state of consciousness this interest got expanded by the question on how to integrate mind-altering experiences into a fulfilling life driven by values and meaningful action. After years of self-exploration and training, he now works as retreat facilitator and integration coach, holding space for experiences of altered states of consciousness and helping to integrate them.

Integration also plays an important role in Patricks work related to death and grief. He accompanies people at the end of their life at a hospice in Berlin and co-founded OverMyDeadBody (OMDB), an online community and service provider that promotes and facilitates honest conversations about loss, death, and grief in a safe environment. At Evolute, Patrick is in charge of the integration work and leads the team of retreat facilitators and guides. His work is inspired by different approaches of psychological, emotional and spiritual end-of-life care, ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), narrative work, as well as the work by Dr. Daniel J. Siegel.
Naomi is a certified clinical psychologist, executive coach, health & performance coach, hypnotherapist, and psychedelic facilitator with 25+ years of experience working in professional environments. She is highly experienced in facilitating individuals and groups in their transformation process toward holistic health, well-being and personal growth. Amongst many other professional certifications such as in breathwork (Wim Hof, Dr. Belisa Vranich), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and trauma-informed yoga, Naomi received the MDMA-assisted therapist training from MAPS – the world’s leading organization for psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

Naomi is a former entrepreneur in the well-being industry (founder & director) and has worked as a managing director at a Big Four accounting organization responsible for leadership training / counselling. Clients value Naomi’s empathetic and warm presence. She has a passion for learning and is exited to explore the new frontier in mental health and personal development through psychedelic-assisted therapy, group and ceremonial work and psychedelic integration counselling.

Christopher is passionate about personal and consciousness development, i.e. how to understand, influence and grow our mindsets and our inner capacities. After a decade of experience in communication & leadership training, consulting and coaching, Christopher is committed to facilitating deep inner work. His path has led him to altered states experiences, somatic approaches and bodywork and he has been training in Integrative Somatic Process (ISP), HAKOMI, a mindfulness-based body-oriented form of psychotherapy, and in trauma-informed process work as part of the Timeless Wisdom Training (Thomas Hübl).
He brings everything together now in his work of designing and facilitating the personal development programs for entrepreneurs, changemakers and leaders at Evolute.
Previously, Christopher obtained a Masters Degree in Business and Economics from WHU (Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management), lived and worked in Sweden, Italy, Spain and Japan and did Ph.D.-level studies at HEC Montreal, Canada. He teaches at LEAD Academy Berlin and in several Master and Executive Programs at ESCP Europe (EMBA, EMDIEL, MSIE…).
His great interest lies in integrating different ASC modalities and especially certain forms of embodied mindfulness and somatics into his coaching and process work – all in the service of promoting integration, growth and deep, lasting change in his clients.

Dmitrij’s vision is being of service at the intersection of human and planetary wellbeing by helping people to deepen their connection with life and to actualize their potential through deep inner work. His personal journey of transformation was catalyzed by an unexpected and life-changing entheogenic encounter in the Brazilian forest several years ago. Ever since, he committed to explore the path of heart and to learn about science-backed and traditional modalities of personal healing and growth. He loves to meditate and finds peace and stillness in (pristine) nature.
Prior to starting Evolute, he has been combining his expertise in healthcare and data science to create AI-powered solutions for a rapidly growing US tech startup. In this role, he provided strategic consulting to top-level executives of multi-billion dollar corporations. He is an advisory board member of several digital therapeutics companies and a university guest lecturer. Dmitrij holds degrees in Business (EBS Universität) and Health Policy (London School of Economics). He obtained his PhD in Health Economics while researching at Hamburg and Oxford University and received numerous distinctions for his academic work.

Elsa is an executive coach, facilitator and leadership development specialist, working with leaders and their teams in large international corporations. In parallel to her work in corporate environments, Elsa is a Gestalt therapy practitioner.

In her own transformational path, Elsa has experienced psilocybin-induced and breathwork-induced altered states of consciousness as a life-changing approach supporting transformation and deep healing. She decided to develop her professional activity in this field and she now works as a breathwork and psychedelics facilitator with groups and individuals. She is particularly involved in helping people around themes related to intergenerational trauma, adverse childhood experiences, attachment and the search for meaning.

Before moving into the corporate world, Elsa has worked for 15 years in academia as an researcher and lecturer in cellular and molecular biology. She is passionate about scientific and medical research into the clinical use of psychedelics. Elsa is French and has been living in The Netherlands for the past 25 years with her husband and her 3 sons.

Charlotte is a MD, specialized in Integrative Medicine. She has been working for the Dutch Royal Marines for some years and is used to facilitating medical care in every location. During her time with the marines her passion for preventive health care and integrative medicine developed. In this time she was trained as a yoga teacher and even teached yoga classes to Dutch military personnel. Through the path of yin yoga Charlotte got in touch with Chinese Traditional Medicine and in 2015 she decided to study TCM for MD’s. She was trained by DAGFA, a German Institute for acupuncture.

Currently, she brings her knowledge and skills in different forms: in her own practice with natural medicines or supplements, acupuncture of energy medicine treatments or simply with nutrition or lifestyle changes. She is also active as yoga teacher and is guest teacher with Academy for Integrative Medicine (AIM) and with the Dutch Microbiome Center. She has studied energy medicine and is a certified Access Bars therapist as well.

On her personal path she came in touch with altered states of consciousness inducing plants several times. As she believes in supporting the natural self-healing capacities of each person, she prefers the power of psychoactive plants over using external medication for conditions like depression or anxiety.

Martha Havenith

Martha is a trained facilitator for consciously-connected breathwork and psychedelic experiences, as well as a neuroscientist. She holds a B.Sc. in Psychology, and an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Neuroscience.

A decade ago, Martha stumbled on body-led therapies in her search to address her own childhood trauma. Once she focused on embodied sensations rather than cognitive insights, Martha was amazed that old emotional wounds suddenly felt different. Like pain had not just been understood, but shifted, leaving space for new experiences. In the following years, Martha immersed herself in body-centered therapies, completing facilitator trainings for breathwork, Ayahuasca journeys and Voice Dialogue.

Martha facilitates breathwork sessions for individuals and groups, with an emphasis on trauma processing. Together with her husband Abdel, she also offers custom workshops and facilitator trainings, focusing on practitioners with a background in medicine and psychotherapy. Finally, Martha leads neuroscientific studies exploring breathwork, with the aim to connect science to the experiential wisdom we can gain through altered states of consciousness.

Sarah Schroth, medical expert

Sarah is senior physician (MD) specialized in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy. During her medical studies she was quickly drawn towards a holistic approach to disease and health. After working in the field of neurology for 1.5 years, her path led her into the psychosomatic world, which enables her to integrate the biopsychosocial model into her current medical and therapeutic work at a rehabilitation center. Initially following a cognitive-behavioral therapeutic model, she found that the greatest barrier for individual progress was emotional blockage, which lies beyond the primary cognitive awareness level. As she started doing more trauma work and especially working with imaginative techniques, this quickly led her into the field of psychedelic research and therapy, where emotional triggers are more easily accessible, potentially opening the gateway to profound life changes.

Experienced in psychedelic volunteering work over many years, she is available for advice when it comes to risk and harm reduction and responsible use.

Abdel is a trained facilitator for consciously-connected breathwork, as well as a neuroscientist. He holds a B.Sc. in Biology, and an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Neuroscience, and leads the neurotech start-up 3Dneuro BV.

A decade ago, Abdel encountered breathwork as part of his quest to ‚feel more‘ – to open up emotional barriers that were keeping him from experiencing life more fully. After years of self-experience, Abdel completed his breathwork facilitator training in 2019. Since then, he has facilitated breathwork sessions for individuals and groups, with an emphasis on working with masculine energy. Together with his wife Martha, Abdel offers custom workshops and facilitator trainings aimed at practitioners with a background in medicine and psychotherapy, with the aim to make experiential forms of healing accessible within the mainstream health care system.

Collaborators

Inspired by the philosophical question of what constitutes a good life and the ideas of humanistic psychology, Martin decided to transition from his initial background in engineering and management to the fields of philosophy and psychology. This is where he discovered psychedelics as powerful agents to catalyze transformational processes. He hopes that psychedelics will not only assist individuals in their healing but also promote the inner growth that is necessary for a societal transformation towards more sustainability, connectedness, and global wellbeing. He firmly believes that our outer world is a reflection of our inner world and that the current meta-crisis must, therefore, be approached from within ourselves.

Martin currently supports Evolute’s mission to foster the inner growth of leaders and change-makers, alongside pursuing his second master’s degree in clinical psychology and his training in psychotherapy. It is a matter close to his heart to contribute to a responsible and ethical unfolding of the psychedelic renaissance. Outside of work, he enjoys being surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of mountains.

Nino Galvez Leferink, Founders associate
Nino’s graduation from Erasmus University with a degree in International Business Administration marked a commitment – a pledge not to walk the beaten path. A rebel’s spirit, or perhaps a recognition of the profound (collective) shifts needed for a harmonious relationship with nature, fellow human beings, and ourselves.

Having grown up in Mexico for the first decade of his life, then having lived in the US and in the Netherlands, Nino was no stranger to the realities of the world. Towards the end of his studies, Nino intuited that something deeper was necessary to live in a world where truly responsible business was the norm. “What does true transition require?”

A course in Transpersonal Psychology at Ubiquity University sparked his interest in contemplation practice, inner work through altered states of consciousness and taking a systemic lens to the worlds problems.

His path lead him to meet Evolute Co-Founder Dmitrij at ICPR, the Interdisciplinary Conference for Psychedelic Science. The EvoLEAD program convinced Nino that Evolute was the right place to be. Today, Nino supports Evolute with his tech skills and on the business side in order to help bring this transformative work into the world, with the wholehearted hope that it makes a difference.

In his free time Nino chases the wind and the waves as a kitesurfer. Together with a close friend, he converted a van into a home, where he lives for most of the year. He became a sponsored kitesurfer and advanced kitesurfing coach in 2022.

2019 marks the beginning of Ally‘s journey of personal development. Since then, Ally has been exploring various approaches to connect to her truth and step into her authentic power.

This journey sparked Ally‘s interest in exploring the human psyche and eventually led her to study Business Psychology. During her studies, Ally‘s interest in the use of psychedelics for leadership development was sparked. She then decided to dedicate her thesis to this topic and had the opportunity to collaborate with Evolute Institute. The work of Evolute Institute deeply inspired her.

Ally‘s values and vision resonate with those of Evolute Institute. She now supports Evolute Institute in Marketing and Social Media Management to share the vision and work with the broader world.

In her free time, Ally loves travelling, being in nature and exploring her purpose on this life’s journey. She loves trying out different practices to enhance her growth and well-being such as breathwork, yoga and sound baths.
